Beyond Happy With My New Car I was in the market for a new car, but I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted heated seats and a remote car start. Aaron Youn I was in the market for a new car, but I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted heated seats and a remote car start. Aaron Young (the car salesman) took those two requests and went above and beyond. He described multiple cars that would fit my everyday needs (since I have a 1 year old) and my requests. Best car buying experience I've had! I've been looking for a new car online recently and I noticed Bommarito Ford was having a a sale. I reviewed the inventory and found a car I liked. I've been looking for a new car online recently and I noticed Bommarito Ford was having a a sale. I reviewed the inventory and found a car I liked. It could not have been easier between me picking that car online and driving away with it. I've never had such a seamless experience before. Jeff Mueller was my sales person and he walked me through the whole process. I was able to apply for credit online so by the time I came into the dealership they had already begun the paperwork. When I arrived Jeff walked me through the car and showed me every feature. He was super nice and professional. I was in and out quicker than I've ever been before when buying a car. Would highly recommend and I will be buying my next car here! More

Frustrating/Misleading Experience Recently I traded my vehicle in for a new truck. After a lot of shopping around and back in forth via email I received a low offer on my vehicle but w Recently I traded my vehicle in for a new truck. After a lot of shopping around and back in forth via email I received a low offer on my vehicle but was told to come in so it could be checked out in person to get a true offer. When I arrived they told me the original offer and said they would look over the car and get back to me. After an hour they came back and tried dropping their original offer by $3,000 even though they admitted it was in much better condition then they originally thought. They will either low ball you or refuse to negotiate on the price of their vehicle or your trade...seems to be a common theme in the area. After purchasing I dropped it off to have upgrades installed and a trim piece fixed. When it came back the window had a giant hole in it. The dealer never bothered to mention it and instead had me drive 40 minutes out to them only to tell me they would fix it but I would have to bring it back another day. It finally got fixed but a lot of time and frustration went into this car buying experience. Despite all the frustration I would highly recommend Steve Nodiff. He will go out of his way to help you out and make sure your taken care of. Unfortunately I wouldn't say the same thing for the dealer or others at the dealership More
