I visited the dealership that afternoon meeting Tim Armstong, Sales Professional, met my wife and I at the door when we arrived at Bommarito, in the freezing rain. He was professional, conversational, and efficient In minutes he had the Camaro off the back lot and under over hang for us to inspect, and test drive. Bommarito agreed to hold the car until we could return Monday evening after work, after a church finance, meeting at 8pm. We closed the deal! I have the car I have sought after for last three years. During the closing, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Gordon Kinder, took time to greet and thank us for our patronage, this was at 10:15pm Monday evening. John Sanchez, worked until he had our financing and warranty packages explained and nailed down. No pressure, very friendly, and genuine. Our salesman Steve Nodiff couldn’t have been more helpful and certainly knowledgeable of the truck we were interested in buying. He explained everything about the truck and then took us for a test drive. We knew then that we wanted this Expedition, after that decision, Steve had us meet with the finance mgr, who explained all the extra coverages or plans that were available for maintenance etc. The state of the art computer was fantastic, everything was visible and easily understood. We decided to pick up the truck the next day our decision (we could have taken it home the same day. We arrived the next day, and Steve spent as much time as we wanted going over every thing on the truck, especially the electronics. Being an Apple owner loved the user friendly screen and the apps were amazing. All in all our experience was a 10, highly recommend Bommarito Ford on Dunn road. More
