Great Sale, Terrible Follow-through We purchased a 2018 Explorer Sport. Les Johnson was very helpful during the actual sales process. However, it went downhill from there. Despite their point-of-sale assurances, the dealership did not even attempt to submit any registration paperwork. We have spent hours on the phone and at the DMV attempting to sort through the mess they left us in. We have called the dealership repeatedly (and over the course of multiple weeks) attempting to get the paperwork necessary to title and register our car. Unfortunately, they do not answer or respond to any communication attempts. We have left multiple messages for the sales and finance managers, but have never received a response from them. As it stands, we have a brand new car sitting in the garage that we cannot legally drive. Bommarito has been highly unhelpful and unresponsive. They are more than willing to sell a car, but after that they will not even bother to respond to a call. More
