We started with the used trucks and found a perfect vehicle for our needs: a 2016 Ford F-250 super duty. We were paired with Aaron our sales consultant and after a test drive we sat down to negotiate price. After some back and forth both sides agreed to a price and Aaron got rolling with the paperwork. We had spent a fair amount of time there by this point and Aaron was gracious enough to provide some delicious smoked wings and ice cream to sustain us. This was unexpected but very welcome. Great Sale, Terrible Follow-through We purchased a 2018 Explorer Sport. Les Johnson was very helpful during the actual sales process. However, it went downhill from there. Despite their point-of-sale assurances, the dealership did not even attempt to submit any registration paperwork. We have spent hours on the phone and at the DMV attempting to sort through the mess they left us in. We have called the dealership repeatedly (and over the course of multiple weeks) attempting to get the paperwork necessary to title and register our car. Unfortunately, they do not answer or respond to any communication attempts. We have left multiple messages for the sales and finance managers, but have never received a response from them. As it stands, we have a brand new car sitting in the garage that we cannot legally drive. Bommarito has been highly unhelpful and unresponsive. They are more than willing to sell a car, but after that they will not even bother to respond to a call. More
