My BiG truck Hello, I would like to thank Craig Sammuelman and Steve Nodiff for helping us thru the process of finding a vehicle. On Saturday we went to the ford lot in Hazelwood, the moment we pulled on the lot, I saw this white ford. Craig let me look and sit in it. I loved it. I figured at my age it was a silly idea. So Craig allowed us to walk the lot and pick some vehicles to see. We looked and told Craig what we would like to look at. (Still my eyes were drawn to the Big Truck). We talked to Craig for a bit, said we would be back. We went back on Monday afternoon and we talked to Steve, he let us drive some new F150's and then I asked about the Big Truck..he let us drive that also. I knew this was the one. My husband asked well, what do you want? I said the BIG TRUCK..lol Well, we got the truck and drove it to Phoenix on Friday, I am very happy with out truck Thank you guys for all your help Karen and John More

The best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Chris is professional, enthusiastic and efficient. He was the first to respond to our internet request and listened to what we wanted. One of the most enjoyable car experience I've ever had! Tim Armstrong,my salesman, was excellent, very professional, and quickly met my needs. My husband called before our visit to make sure the car was still in stock before we arrived. Up on arrival, Tim had pull the car around to the front , waiting for us to do a test drive. This was what I call excellent service. Jon Chung, the finance manager, put all the paperwork together and they both got us, me, my husband, and our 7 month old daughter, out in record time. All of the cars on the lot look awesome, the facility itself was awesome..way better than other dealership. If you're looking for a used car Tim Armstrong is your guy!!!!! My 2011 Chevy Traverse is riding smooth!!!!!! More
