Nice experience at first, nightmare follow-through The buying process was nice all the way until I left the lot. After I purchased my truck, I was supposed to get a title in the mail (salesman told me The buying process was nice all the way until I left the lot. After I purchased my truck, I was supposed to get a title in the mail (salesman told me 7 business days at first, then 10-15 when I called after 7). They must have lost my paperwork or something, because I didn't get my title until 28 days after purchase, when I had to actually drive to the dealership to get it. I called for two weeks and never got anyone to tell me when I might get the title, was transferred to the voicemails of about 10 different people, and never received a call back. I called to DMV to see if they had received anything, and they said that they had not been contacted by Bommarito. Even when I called back to the dealership asking for a manager I couldn't get anyone to pick up. I was a Thursday, and I had that day and the next to tag the truck before I started incurring fees. I finally got fed up and drove to the dealership to get some answers, and when I got there I explained the situation, and someone went to get my paperwork. He handed me a packet with my title and such, said that he didn't know why it was never sent, and walked away. Keep in mind that I paid for the truck outright, so it's absolutely ridiculous that it took me going in person almost a month later to get my title. Of course, about 10 minutes after I left, my salesman returned my call (from a few days before, and again that morning, voicemail both times) making sure I was taken care of. My guess is that his manager must have called him after left. When I went to tag the truck, the clerk working the desk commented that I had waited a long time to tag the vehicle. I explained the situation with the title, and she said that she runs into paperwork problems with Bommarito on a weekly basis. She said that that week alone she had two bills of sale with the wrong date on them. Evidently this sort of thing is par for the course here. More

I was promised that the driver seat would be repaired and the repair job would be 99% however the repair tech advised the sales manager that there was no way the seat would be repaired 99% without replacing the damaged. leather the sales manager insisted the tech repair without replacing the leather and the job was completed poorly. I also noticed hail damage on the vehicle when I got it home. I contacted the sales person Aaron Young he told me that he would call me back and to this day I have not hear from anyone. I would recommend avoiding this dealership because once you walk out that door you are on your own very poor after the sale customer service!! More
