They did not charge me for the tire rotation since I had bought tires from them a couple years ago (I had forgotten about the lifetime free rotation). They still took my coupon and reduced my overall cost by $10. I appreciate the fast, accurate service along with the honest, no pressure approach to any other service needs at this time. They also ran my car through the car wash! More
