No appointment,but got my car done fast. I bought a new Cruze and there was a wierd beeping after starting it up.I called in on Wednesday and explained the issue,they told me to stop in when I bought a new Cruze and there was a wierd beeping after starting it up.I called in on Wednesday and explained the issue,they told me to stop in when I could and they would look at it.I told them I didn't know when I could make it,so didn't have an appointment.They said don't worry,they will get me in.I was able to get off Friday,and got there about 8:30.They called me about 9:15 and told me another dealership had put a GPS tracker in the car.They called me at about 10:00 and it was done.They even were able to do a few small other issues also.I thought that was very quick and really was happy about the way they treated me.They were very friendly and explained things clearly and the work was done fast.Very satisfied.Not to mention,free coffee and doughnuts. More
