Outstanding Customer Focus from Every Department From my very first contact with Andy Fearheiley, I felt like more than just another customer. I came in to purchase a used car on their lot, so not a From my very first contact with Andy Fearheiley, I felt like more than just another customer. I came in to purchase a used car on their lot, so not a Chevy or a Mazda. Andy treated me with respect and was very attentive to my concerns about aftermarket parts that were present on the car. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the vehicle and Andy made that process easy, moving quickly and making me a very good offer without all of the back-and-forth typically found at lesser dealers. I had my own financing secured prior to shopping, but my Finance salesperson was friendly, didn't overly pressure me for things I didn't want and got me out of their in record time. Unfortunately, I wasn't out of the dealership 10 miles down the road when the car threw a code due to a faulty catalytic converter on the aftermarket exhaust (the very part which gave me pause before buying). This is where Andy and the service advisor Cheryl Williams really sprang into action - they took the car back in, offered me a loaner (which I didn't need), and the Used Car Manager authorized a full turbo-back replacement of the exhaust system to restore the car back to OEM. When the work was complete (in less than half the time they told me it would take), they called me and I spoke to my service technician (Juan) DIRECTLY at my request and Juan patiently walked me through what changes he had made, the quality of the work that was performed, and made me feel good about the car. In summary, I would like to call out this team for their singular focus on top-notch customer service. I have never written a review of a car dealership before because I have never experienced such a positive team in all my years of buying and selling cars. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly - Sales, Sales Management, Service Management, and the entire service team were simply the best. In today's crowded marketplace for car buying, finding this kind of customer service is what will set you apart, and the Bommarito South (Chevy Mazda) team gets it done! More
