After the first car I test drove wasn't the perfect fit for me, we weren't pressured at all to try something else that I didn't want. (This happened elsewhere.) About a week later I found the perfect car for me, again at Bommarito, and reached out to Chris pretty late on Friday night. Chris texted right back, confirmed the car was still available, and checked it out / drove it for me the next day to make sure it would meet my expectations before I made the long drive to the dealership. Chris definitely went above and beyond, and we're super pleased to have purchased a car from him. More

Not expecting phone call until Monday, Sunday morning Chris Ditmeyer called and set up an appointment for Monday for my daughter to test drive the car. What impressed me the most it was ready when we arrived. (My daughter had spent the evening before at another dealer and the car she was interested in was not even on their lot). Chris was very friendly and never pressured my daughter at anytime. He even took an extra step to replace worn windshield wipers. Cannot speak enough about the special treatment that my daughter received from Chris and staff at Bommarito. Thank you for making this such a great experience.
