Ken was very responsive to our questions and needs. Matt (not sure if this name is correct) the Sales Manager was reasonable during negotiations and we feel we paid a fair price for our used Cadillac. Jim in finance was also very friendly and did not try to throw in a bunch of bogus fees and charges at which I was frankly surprised because most dealers I've dealt with always try to squeeze every dime out of you with this fee and that fee. Overall it was one of the better vehicle buying experiences I've had and I would definately buy from this dealership again in the future. More
