This is the best dealership we worked with while shopping for a vehicle, and that is a good part of why we bought our car there. Sales is very low key. They gave us their best deal on a trade-in and on vehicle price from the get-go, no running back and forth with the salesman spending hours in the back office pretending to negotiate with his boss while actually eating donuts and drinking coffee. We had an appointment at another dealership to keep, and the salesman didn't stonewall us, or offer us more on our trade to keep us from going there. We returned after a poor experience down the road at another dealership and purchased the vehicle. Their business manager was very helpful and knowledgeable,and readily grasped our strange income set-up. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee machine while they readied the vehicle (including filling up the tank!). The very best thing about dealing with them was the price! The vehicle was exactly as it was represented to be, and the price was below Blue Book and Nada Values, so there was really nothing to negotiate for. It was a great, low-pressure sales experience, and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends. More
I came to Brian Simms with a poor credit history, and not the best of trade-ins. He worked around my hectic schedule, and my poor history to get me in a quality vehicle that I could afford. I have followed Jay from his prior dealership to his current. Both Jay and Kiwi are outstanding Individuals that are apart of a dying type of person. My wife and I had a good experience with Bommarito Cadillac and with Roger Adams. Test drive was very enlightening and convinced us to trade in our 2008 CTS. My husband and I had a difficult situation with the purchase of our Cadillac SRX. We purchased it on Jan 31, 2010 and the next day, it would not start! With everyone out for 2 days for the holiday, w purchase of our Cadillac SRX. We purchased it on Jan 31, 2010 and the next day, it would not start! With everyone out for 2 days for the holiday, we did not hear from anyone from the dealership (since we only had e-mail addresses and the dealership number). We did finally find in the manual a number with Cadillac to obtain service. Although we did not need the car over the weekend, it was very stressful and frustrating to have just purchased a vehicle for over $25K and not be able to drive it. Cadillac came out on Monday and got it started and although it took me an entire additional day at the dealership, we were able to get a resolution with the vehicle. Eveyone was very nice and worked hard to see that we not only regained faith in the vehicle but also in the dealership, since our initial experinece was so poor. I do, however, feel that for the amount of time we spent in the purchase process, the stress of not knowing what was going on with our car for 2 days and the additional day spent at the dealership, to get everything squared away, we should have been offered some additional compensation/perks. Services which could be provided at little cost to the dealership would go a long way in showing a commitment to our product purchase. As you are aware, my wife and I had purchased our previous Cadillac from Bommarito. So when we set out to purchase a used certified Escalade, our intent was to go to Bommarito because of the good service we had previously received. Unfortunately, we thought the vehicle that we really wanted was no longer available from you and went elsewhere to find a certified Escalade. Your call and follow up on December 28th saved me from making a poor decision. You not only ensured my wife and I that we were purchasing a better vehicle at Bommarito, but you also took the time to show me how and what to look for when shopping for a certified Cadillac. My wife and I thought we understood what certified meant, but you took the time to make sure we really understood the meaning of a certified Cadillac and that not all dealers take that as serious as Bommarito. We appreciate the time that you took with us as well as having Brian personally speak with us about our purchase. This is our third new car purchase from Bommarito and all of our vehicle maintenance has been performed by the dealership. On this visit we had one vehicle scheduled for service combined with intent for new car purchase. Service vehicle, as always, was done right and completed on schedule. the new car purchase was, again as always, a pleasant experience. We specifically waited to meet with Mr. McIntyre because he had visited with him months before when we were contemplating a new vehicle and he gave us a great deal of his time answering our questions. We found Andy and Neil more polite and non-pressuring than any car sales people that we have ever worked with--and in our mid-60's we have dealt with quite a few!
