I walked in and Roger was the first person to ask if I needed any help. Roger is a great guy. He really knows and loves his Cadillacs. He realy listens to his customers to see what they really want. The car ways supposed to be detailed before I picked it up. It was not. And yesterday while cleaning the car, I found the passenger floor carpet soaked with water. I went into the dealership to look at the CTS and SRX. I drove both, liked both and ended up purchasing the SRX 2011.
