The sales experience was great. I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep Commander from Bommarito St. Peters. I worked with both Brian Sims and Bryan Mueller. I had shopped for over a month and meet many sales people along the way. This dealership has been chronically difficult to contact and obtain timely service. Calls placed to the dealership have been allowed to ring 30-50 times, then are disconnected. A simple part replacement on my vehicle took approximately 4 weeks to complete, and only after repeated calls to expedite the process. To this day, the original problem with my vehicle still has not been repaired satisfactorily. This seems to be a problem across the entire Bommarito chain; I've had similar experiences with both the Volkswagen and Cadillac dealerships. More

On a very cold and windy Saturday afternoon, Peter was the 1st person and only person to offer assistance. I am a proud first time owner of a used 2008 Cadillac xxx that I found online. Being that is was certified pre-owned I had a piece of mind that the mechanical and physical condition of the car met the rigor that I found online. Being that is was certified pre-owned I had a piece of mind that the mechanical and physical condition of the car met the rigor of the Cadillac 117 point inspection. This was also my first time buying a car sight unseen. When I contacted Bommarito Kevin did a fantastic job selling me the vehicle. I would like to note that their financing options were superb and more than met my expectations. They crushed the rates of all my local banks. The piece that has jaded me the most is my expectation of being a Cadillac owner. I originally planned on purchasing a BMW 3 series; I wanted to be pampered a bit. Well after driving my xxx for one week I began to notice things I had not during my walk around when I bought the car. I had to fly in to take ownership so they had me buying a car to get from that point. I now have noticed poor oversight from Bommarito during their inspection process, particularly on the driver seat. It seams to have excessive wear, more than I would expect when a car has 29,000 miles and met the certified pre-owned specs. I have also had various other issues, water in the trunk lid, a speaker that needed looked at, and my service departure lane indicator light has continued to come on. I am not impressed nor understand how thorough of a job the technicians did when certifying my vehicle. I have taken it to one dealership here locally, and may I warn you, do not expect to have a BMW experience when owning a Cadillac. Your service is the same as if you owned a Chevy. Sure does not make sense considering the car had a MSRP of over $68K. Also, all the dealer gave me back was could not verify customer request and one recall item Bommarito missed in the certification inspections. I was told that they try to find everything because it is an incentive to the dealer for reimbursement from GM. As you can see I am a bit more bitter at the car reliability, local dealer, and experience than at Bommarito, but when I contacted my sales rep Kevin for seat records that the local dealer asked for since they thought I tore up the seat, he said he would get back to me. Well I guess I will be waiting for a while because no calls me back, I am stuck with all the follow-up. Let's hope I can get my seat fixed and that the reliability is much better than this going forward. My xxx has been in the shop 2 times in 1200 miles. I guess I should have learned after owning 7 previous GM vehicles. Plus this site needs to have a "Maybe" option for would you recommend this dealership, I am still on the fence. More
