Terrible service I would NOT recommend this dealership. I purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX from Dimitri, my salesperson. he helped me get a good deal. However when I too I would NOT recommend this dealership. I purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX from Dimitri, my salesperson. he helped me get a good deal. However when I took the car home and a few days later at night I was on the interstate and had no headlights. A police officer stopped me for no headlights, and fortunately he did not give me a ticket as I told him I had just bought the car. The only thing it came on where the running lights. I called Dimitri the next day explain what happened and his comment to me was is not under warranty and then I should talk to the service department. I had left three or four different messages for Mr. Ewing who is the general manager of the dealership and he still has not returned any of my phone calls. On a Wednesday I contacted the service writer and then went in to see him and he told me that he could not get to it right now they're pretty swamped. I then explained that I cannot drive at night without headlights and his comment to me was the earliest they get in to see me would be on Monday. I then asked him what I should do with no headlights at night so he said there was nothing he could do. I made an appointment for Monday, 22 October and after a few hours they told me that the headlight assembly needs to be replaced. They replace the one on the driver side but not the one on the passenger side. I drove that night and the driver side work fine however the passenger side still not functioning properly it was like having the running lights on could hardly see on the right side of the road. The next morning I call and talk to Chris Woodson the service manager. His comment to me was that they fixed driver-side and is nothing they can do for the other side and that he would talk to his powers to be let me know what they said. I didn't hear from Mr. Woodson until Thursday when I called left message for him to call me and he said he talked to his bosses and they said there was nothing they could do. It's hard to drive anywhere nighttime when the right headlight is not very bright at all. I am 74 years of age and have been buying cars many many times I've never had a problem like this with a dealership. Bommarito is supposed to have a great reputation. I had bought a car from Dimitri a year or so ago had a great experience with him and asked why went back to him. I am under the impression that once they sell your car they just could not care about a used car sale. Yes I bought the car as it is, it is a 2012 Cadillac SX luxury. But you would think that the headlights would work and that they would've inspected the headlights prior to tthem delivering the car. Unfortunately I am going to have to get an attorney to check into this for me. All I want is my passenger headlight to function just like the driver side. I have intentions of calling KMOV channel 4 and let them know what is going on with this dealership. I strongly recommend buying your vehicle at another dealership. More
