So heres another story to add to the pile. In November 2023 I bought a 2019 Cadillac XT5 with warranty still left on it. In December the car started acting strange saying the steering wasn't w In November 2023 I bought a 2019 Cadillac XT5 with warranty still left on it. In December the car started acting strange saying the steering wasn't working correctly, the engined would stay on cold, and the A/C would turn off. It would come and go sometimes it would stay on for 2 weeks other times 2 minutes. So I took it here since it was still under warranty. A service center employee came out to my car and ran a diagnostic to obtain the code. It was the thermostat, he said he would create the order and order the part and it could take up to 6 weeks to recieve but I could continue to drive the car until then. 6 weeks later...no call, 8 weeks nope, 3 months...nada. So finally I was like what the! And finally broke down and called. When I did I was told everything was on track for the part to arrive in a week. 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc...finally I call. The person a speak to doen't even know whats happening and they have no record of a part, so they tell me I'll be recieving a call. About 3 weeks later I get a call, and they tell me they know everything about it but there still waiting on parts. At this point it's already been 6-7 months. So finally In September of 2024 a whole 10 months after my intial visit the part finally arrives from the moon and they call and say their ready for me, finally this ordeal is over I thought! So I take my vehicle in and leave it with them. About a week later they call and tell me they can't fix it because it's not coding. I tell them I was there almost a year ago and it coded right in front of me, the guy filled out the paper work, and ordered the part. I'm told it's not that I don't believe you but it has to be coding at this very second. I say why would you order a part if it didn't code, I ask don't they keep records? Apparently not. I'm again told it's not coding that they will save the part for me for when it codes. I ask them when is my warranty up and they tell me October (1 month) but not to worry that they would fix it past the warranty which was fishy. So I try to call management to get this all in writing to protect myself and i'm told they give no contact information i.e. email, phone, for their leadership team out, but can send me to their voicemail, so I leave a message that I would like to speak with him to see why they were not honoring my warranty hoping to find someone who would actually take the time to find the records. And if not I was going to ask him about what I was told that they would honor past warranty (which we all no is a lie) No call back. Totally ignored. So I set out to find a lawyer to take my case and bingo the problem pops up again luckily I get it there before it turned off again or im sure they would have denied it again. I also asked them if they could check for a slow leak in the front passenger tire and they tell me if they can repair the tire they will. This time while it was up there I recieved a text saying it needed $2,500 in repairs including two new front tires. So I guess they couldn't fix it. Knowing I could get the tires cheaper somewhere else, directly after I went to Discount tire up the street. They fixed the flat in 30 minutes for free and told me the tires have lots of life left and couldn't understand why they would say I needed new tires. The only reason this place get a one is that they will flip you off with a smile on their face. I will never take my vehicle back here, I will never buy a vehicle here, and for you reading this, I recommend the same. More

I bought a brand new 2022 Cadillac XT6. After almost 2 months my car finally came in. I was so excited! I retired from teaching Special Education for 35 years. This car was my retirement After almost 2 months my car finally came in. I was so excited! I retired from teaching Special Education for 35 years. This car was my retirement gift to myself. I loved it as soon as I saw it. After 2 weeks I got a text saying there was a problem with my engine and transmission and it needed to be serviced immediately. I called my salesman and he told me to call the service department so I did. I then got a text saying something was wrong with the driver side door. I was afraid to drive it so it sat in my garage until my appointment. I had planned to take it on vacation but now I couldn't. So I had to rent a car which cost $500.00. This is just the beginning of how much money this dealership stole from me. I had to sit at the dealership all day and they told me it needed a part so they had to keep the car. I asked about a loaner car and was told they didn't have one. My salesman finally got me a loaner car that someone had just turned in. After 6 days they told me I could come get my new car. I turned the loaner car in and picked up my car. The next day I got a call from the service department telling me there was major damage done to the loaner car and they were turning a claim into my insurance. I couldn't believe it! I had no idea what they were talking about. There was nothing wrong when I turned it in. I couldn't understand what was going on. I called my insurance company to tell them not to accept the claim because there was no damage. My insurance told me they already turned a claim in and charged $1000.00 (my deductible) to my credit card. This dealership did not even call me and tell me they stole $1000.00 from me. So along with paying for an expensive new car had to spend another $1500.00. They took the money out my credit card before the insurance adjuster that same day even before the insurance adjuster had looked at the car. When the adjuster did look at the car he said he couldn't see any damage. The service people pointed to a small scratch. My insurance company found out that the person that had the loaner before I did had it for 3 months. I have rented many cars and have never had any issues. I have bought several new cars and have never been treated like this. This whole situation has been so upsetting. I have diabetes and stress is the worst thing. My levels skyrocketed because of the stress. I can't believe a dealership treats their customer that just bought a brand new car this way. I have never been through anything like this in my life. They took my dream car and turned it into a nightmare. I am going to sell my beautiful car because there are too many bad memories. More

I took it to an independent garage, and they repaired it the next day for $850. Bommarito Cadilac are thieves, charging double parts cost, and 6 hours labor rate on a 2 hour flat rate job. More

I asked to speak to the manager and was given no assistance (big surprise). They connected me with some admin types that were equally rude and dismissive. BLUF, I am supposed to wait 6-8 weeks before I can get the paper work needed for registering the vehicle. Guess once they get your money, you don't count for anything. The sales man was fanstastic, 5 starts to Kiwi. The rest, not so much More

I am at a family owned shop expecting to replace all tire sensors and was just told that they test fine, just need to be cleaned.
