The service manager is not very welcoming or friendly - way too serious. The problem we had with the vehicle could have been solved by the service dept. checking the computer before we came all the way ov way too serious. The work done on my car was beautifully done! Could not have asked for more! They went above and beyond. My interior was detailed, my bumper perfectly repaired. Had a pinon seal replaced in my 02 2500 was done right and fast. Down side is that it should have the yoke replaced ans wasnt told untill I went to pick it up. The oil light would occasionally stay on. The service department was willing to fit me in tghe day I called. IT was a faulty switch, which was in stock. On Thursday 2-14-2013 I scheduled an oil change on line for Saturday 2-16-2013 and received an email stating that someone would call me back shortly for details. I did not receive any call. When I called b for Saturday 2-16-2013 and received an email stating that someone would call me back shortly for details. I did not receive any call. When I called back on Friday, I was told that no appointment is needed just to come in on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday morning I was told that several cars were ahead of me and I could wait or return later that day, which was not what I had planned for. I spoke with Ron he offered me to return on Monday after work. I stopped by Monday around 4:00 pm and had the oil change done. It should not take this much time and effort to get oil change done especially if the website offers an appointment. In the past I have received call back as promised and good service at a reasonable price. This is the first time I am not satisfied with the service I received at Bolles. Hans Keck More
This visit was for standard oil change and as ALWAYS everyone was courteous and friendly and service was conpleted quickly and accurately. The young woman who was at the desk for the Express Lane service was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the service and how quckly I was in and out. The only negative thing about my v service was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the service and how quckly I was in and out. The only negative thing about my visit was this: I chose to sit in a chair in the show room and read while waiting as the waiting area was pretty full and noisy. One of the sales reps stated that I was interrupting the flow in the show room and that I had to move. I know this sounds a little petty but honestly I felt he was rude. More
