I saw a car on the website of the dealership. I sent a message thru the website to be contacted. I received an email when I got to work about the car. I called the toll free phone number to find out if the car was still available. I was given a confirmation number to give to a salesperson when I get to the dealership. I received a call from DAVID MORGAN at the dealership. He wanted me to know they were unable to locate the car that I requested to see. I was very grateful to receive the call because I was traveling a good distance to see the car. Mr. Morgan asked me to wait a few minutes before heading to the dealership, so that he can find another car or other cars to see. I received the call back from Mr. Morgan, but I had already left to head towards the dealership. I told Mr. Morgan I found another car in another division of Bohn dealership and he told me he would still be able to assist me. I arrive at the dealership were Mr. Morgan was and he was very helpful in trying to locate both cars. We later found out the car I went to see was being used by another customer that had the car for a few days. Mr. Morgan and others at the dealership located the customer to find out if they were going to purchase the car and if not to bring the car in. I had to wait for several minutes, but I knew the car was perfect for my college student daughter. I inspected the car and it was what I wanted, so I purchased the car. Mr. Morgan was GREAT thru the whole process of getting this car for my daughter. He was very ATTENTIVE and greatly AWARE of my time thru the whole process. I hope all salespersons are GREATLY aware of the customer's time when selling cars. I will be telling/referring others about my experience at Bohn dealership. More
We had bought a 2009 Toyota Camry from Cathy at Bohn Toyota in April 2009 and have been very pleased with the car. We needed to replace two other cars and needed a third one, so we came back to Cathy a Toyota in April 2009 and have been very pleased with the car. We needed to replace two other cars and needed a third one, so we came back to Cathy and she found just what we needed. Thanks to her and the dealership, we are happy owners of a used 2005 Camry, and two new 2010 corollas! Now we are a Toyota family of five Toyotas! Our salesman (David Morgan) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as we bought a new car. The test drive was made ready in minutes. I've had my eye on the Toyota Highlander for quite sometime because of their sleek style and I've heard awesome ratings of them. When I was ready to purchase my Toyota, the instant customer service was great. They helped me understand any questions I had and worked well in negotiating the price of the new vehicle to fit my price buget. Bohn Bros. Toyota Team helped me get out of my Hummer and into a more fuel efficient vehicle that would still fit my life style. I would highly recommend Bohn Bros. Toyota to my family and friends. This is also my first time owning a Toyota and I love it! More
My husband and I found a used car we would like to purchase online. Before we went to the dealership to see the car we called the number listed on AutoTrader.com to be sure the car was still availabl purchase online. We talked to a friendly voice (Brian Brown) on the phone who told us the car was there and gave us a number to use when we got there. I asked for directions to the location, he told me he was new to the area and didn't really know. I thought about it and began to wonder if this call center was even on site, so I called the number back to ask. This time a woman answered. She told me they were located at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked if there call center was on site (Harvey, LA. They told me it was in Boston, MA. After that lie, I guess I should have known not to trust what they said, but the people at the dealership seemed nice enough, and we had driven a long way to see the car so we looked at it. We liked the car and negotiated on price. Our salesman was not very knowledgeable about the car (a Toyota 4runner) I told our salesman, Jon "Wick" Wickstrom that I would need to transfer some money around so I couldn't make a down payment that day. He told me it was no problem and they could wait to cash my check. We decided to drive some other cars at other locations before we decided what/where to by. This was on Saturday. On Monday, we decided we would by that car. We went back to the dealership after work. It took a very long time to get the paperwork done even though we had already gotten financing through our bank. I again explained that I was moving money from an online bank account to checking and my checking account and I didn't want the check to be cashed until the end of the week. Again I was told "No problem!" I raised this concern multiple times because I am very careful with my money and didn't want to overdraw my account. I was almost cut off by the salesman each time and assured the check would not be cashed. When I checked my bank's website on Wednesday morning, sure enough, my check had been cashed and my account overdrawn. I called and called and left messages with everyone I could. I finally got Jon on his cell phone. He apologized for his "accounting department's mistake", saying that he had verbally told them not to cash the check. He said he could give me a tank of gas, but that was about it. (It would take me 1.5hrs round trip to get that tank of gas!) No thanks! I told him that if he could send me a gas card I could use nearby I would feel a little better. He is currently "checking on it." They are very friendly when trying to sell you a car, but if you have a problem, good luck trying to find help! More

I want to thank Myron, Thomas and the finance manager for making my purchase such a smooth and comfortable experience. The customer service at Bohn Bros. Toyota was the best service that I have ever received when purchasing a car. They were extremely friendly and willing to do whatever they could do to satisfy me as a cus service that I have ever received when purchasing a car.
