An oil change turned into a $3,400 job blamed on me due to their amateur over tightening of my oil filter. I have a big oil stain on the panel below and they claim "it is not an oil leak". What new vehicle leaks ANY oil at all? This was FAR more than a few drops from an oil change. It appears they were trying to cover up a slow leak and not pay for it. It also sounds like they had to chisel out the oil filter due to what the advisor said and then backpedaled and said they didn't chisel it out. This is the only explanation for getting a crack in the housing. It took days to get my vehicle back. I can't trust them. More

I drove 50 minutes to have my car’s maintenance completed because this dealership really does treat its customers well. They also discuss maintenance issues shown on an electronic report—I then choose what because this dealership really does treat its customers well. I brought my car to this dealership to have my routine tire rotation. The service guy tried to make me buy new filters for my car. He brought out two extremely dirty filters and told me that they needed t tire rotation. The service guy tried to make me buy new filters for my car. If those were truly my current filters then either you didn’t change them or those aren’t my current filters. More

The Lapaco Toyota location is the best especially if Victor is your service advisor. He shows genuine interest in getting your car running without having you do work that’s not urgent.
