Bohn Toyota has Excellent customer service. Service advisor Tyler Bodden was very professional and courteous. Service was fast and prompt. Only took over 35 minutes to complete service. Would recommend Bohn Toyota to anyone and have referred others there. Only problem is the website allows you to make an appointment for “other” cars, but they will not actually service anything other than Toyota cars and associated brands. Thanks. More

Tyler was wonderful and he when above and beyond to help me. The female which I think she was the service manager was not helpful at all . Then when she to the just to tell the machine that they use is down so the only choice she was for me to make appointment. Tyler came to the car. and apologize because he call me early that to tell me my tire was and I ask will beok ifI came after work he said yes. Tyler suggest if I want to wait I said yes. He explained that the machine maycome back up or may not. I tell I would wait and the machine did in fact came back up.Tyler is the reason whyI would reference family and friends . Toyota has a lot of work to do with customer service and that manager to take notes from Tyler. More
