The service technician was a women and she was rude was more worried about making a phone call instead of helping the customer in front of her, so I I left her desk and went down on the end to a man, he wa more worried about making a phone call instead of helping the customer in front of her, so I I left her desk and went down on the end to a man, he was better. I had to wait for my car and they were done in one hour 30 minutes. I was very impressed. I told them ahead of time I would need to wait when ai booked the appointment. More

I bought a new Sienna van. I’ve had two less than satisfying visits to Bohn for service. Today I made a 730 appt and left my van to be fixed after I had three new alerts and we I’ve had two less than satisfying visits to Bohn for service. Today I made a 730 appt and left my van to be fixed after I had three new alerts and went to work. The one worker I needed to fix the problem did not even show up. ( The hybrid specialist) The hybrid system and the parking brake alert said to go to the dealership.So I scheduled, arrived, and was driven to work expecting the problem to be resolved. I was later called and told they could do nothing except do the maintenance ( the 3rd alert). I was late for my afternoon office and was told I had to make another appointment when the hybrid guy was there. Short story, the reasons I scheduled did not get done AND I have to do this all over again. Solution: just tell me the situation beforehand and I’ll bring my van to another dealership. Very dissatisfied in service efficiency, and expect more. This is my first Toyota and have had it in service 3 times. Please do better! More
