In the Houston area I was struggling to find the exact truck I wanted; primarily because dealerships kept adding extra garbage on (clear car bra? No thanks!!!). None of them seemed to want to help me find exactly what I wanted. Bohn never gave me issues. My sales rep, Darryl, and I communicated via email and text several times until he finally found a truck still in factory that fit what I was looking for. He was extremely patient with me as I was very excited waiting for the truck to arrive and pestered him a bit. Once it did arrive I drove to NOLA and the entire process went as smooth as I could possibly imagined. I bought my 2013 Camry local and was too young and stupid to catch all the garbage they were throwing at me. This time I was extremely prepared. But I didn't need to be; Bohn just never tried any of that with me. Can't thank them enough!!! I love my new truck! More

Should have a return policy They didn’t even give me my sales contract. Very disappointed but my fault for being in a hurry to get the truck!! But would have wanted a v6 not the 4 cylinder More

Went there with a problem: wife just bought new Toyota Landcruise; she is on the road a lot & is having to fill up quite often which she is not had to do with her previous vehicles. So it’s not a problem with the vehicle per se, it’s about the small gas tank. I didn’t think it was that big a deal, after all people install larger tanks or even second tanks all the time. The real problem is with the dealership here; instead of trying to remedy the situation as noted above, they’re more interested in trying to sell her another vehicle. And they wonder why they’re the butt of bad jokes. All kidding aside, the way I see it We can remedy the situation with adding another tank or installing a larger one If we can’t go that route I told her just go to another dealer & let them handle it or if she prefers trade it in & get another vehicle where there are no surprises. I want my wife to be happy with her purchase. More
