Boerne Ram Car Care Center Management, Thank you for asking for my feedback input. Customer service advisor, Roy, was good and would rate him a 10 for vehicle checkin service. However, as part of asking for my feedback input. Customer service advisor, Roy, was good and would rate him a 10 for vehicle checkin service. However, as part of my checkin, I requested for my tires to be checked to Ram specifications and this was not performed. I left the service center and went to my truck and checked the tire pressure indicators and noticed it was not done. So, I had to come back and request for the tires to be checked and inflated/deflated to exact specifications. I know that most dealership car care centers automatically perform a series of standard checks: fluids, tires, air filters, etc.... as part of an oil change/tire rotation service. Therefore, it surprises me to know that this was not a standard service, when customers pay a costly price for service (ranging from $150 and up). Note: My Oil and tire rotation service plan was paid within my Ram extended maintenance plan, during purchase. Services that are specifically asked by a customer to check into, should be honored. Especially, for something as simple as Tire pressure checks. Please respond back, as I'm interested in knowing how management plans to address this negative concern. Our Pacifica van went in for a routine accessory battery replacement and wound up being detained because of a technicians error. The dash screen was damaged as a result, but was replaced as quickly as poss replacement and wound up being detained because of a technicians error.
