Personalized, and friendly This was my first time buying my own vehicle, and with it being a brand new vehicle; I wanted the experience and process to go well, and smoothly. I was put in touch with a salesman named Austin and right away he got to work on finding out what was the best fit for me. Once he located the exact car I wanted; he notified me of a time and day it would be ready to get picked up. Unfortunately, the day I went to pick up the car there was a slight hiccup. The car that they had gotten from the other dealer had forgotten to take the car out of transport mode; causing a module to fail in the car. This upset me greatly, and put a damper on my experience. However, the folks at Bocker made sure I was taken care of with a courtesy car, as well as a few extra add-ons for no charge due to the issue. It was resolved almost immediately and was ready for pickup the next day. Thank you to Austin for working with me and to Bocker for making sure I understood everything clearly as a first time buyer. I did not feel cheated not left out of the loop about everything they were doing with my car. I highly recommend these folks at Bocker, and if you can ask for a salesman; ask for Mr. Austin Bowser.
