I I just can't believe that GM is discontinuing the Impala line and felt fortunate to find this one with all the features I wanted at Bocker's! Our thanks again to Dean, Gary Shorter, and Mike Haffele for making this another pleasant buying experience. Avoid This Dealership...total rip off. Took my Jeep in to have alternator replaced. Somehow a hole was punched in my radiator and was welded shut. Two days later, while sitting at McDonalds Took my Jeep in to have alternator replaced. Somehow a hole was punched in my radiator and was welded shut. Two days later, while sitting at McDonalds in Rockford, the sloppy weld melted, radiator overheated and engine and radiator had to be replaced. $2,800.00 and Bocker denies doing it and refuses to take any responsibility even though they had just replaced the alternator two days earlier More
