I was lucky to find a vehicle even better than i was looking for at Bocker. We were greeted by Jake, and he took great care of us! He was both professional and personable. I was assured it would get looked at and everything would be made right. I decided to take the vehicle home that day and would schedule an appointment with the service department. However, i got a text from Jake saying he would bring me a loaner vehicle and take my vehicle to get looked at so i wouldn't have to worry about anything. He personally brought me a loaner, and when my vehicle was done he returned it. Turned out a wire must have got caught and damaged when the seat was moved. Bocker took care of everything. Jake kept me informed every step of the way which was very appreciated. I was very happy with my experience of purchasing a vehicle at Bocker, the staff made me feel valued as a customer which is huge. I would highly recommend Bocker to anyone! More
