I have purchase all of my cars from Rahal in the past 10 years. My purchases have inclueded two S-60, 0ne V-70 and one XC-90. I have nothing but high regards for the dealership and their staff. I feel at home when I take my car for service there. All of my cars are serviced at the dealership including oil changes. They have taken extremley good care of me and my family; even when my wife is a tought customer to deal with. They have accomodate all of our needs even when the shop is full and they have no space for the day. I feel very strongly about them and often suggest to friends and families to given them a visit prior to making their final selection; of my staff at work two persons are now customers (XC-90 and XC-60) as well as other friends (three s-60, Tae Kwon Do fellow instructurs ( Two Rovers) and family (sister S-60). The priciing has always being very fair and I have never in the 10 years that I am a customer (more like a family member) to Rahal have I felt or became aware that they have taken advantage of me in any which way. They run a very tight ship, very professionial and have always done right.All of their employees realy care about the customer. My cars are always service well and they follow up after the pick-up to make sure that it was service well and there has never being any wrong situation. I always get a call from my services advisor and if there is any charges the are consuklted with me prior to any repairs performed. Furthermore, they are very active in the community and support many causes. I enjoy the social events that we as customer are invited to participate. I am very please with Bobby Rahal. More

this is the first time i have ever written a review for anything, but my experience was so remarkable i felt i had to share. i am in my mid 30s and have purchased 4 cars prior to my volvo and i dreaded the anything, but my experience was so remarkable i felt i had to share. i am in my mid 30s and have purchased 4 cars prior to my volvo and i dreaded the process. a friend reccomended i check out the brand so i did. from the moment i walked in the door it was nothing but a pleasent experience. the staff is so incredibly kind, they made me feel like i was royalty. my saleperson was well educated about the car and did not make me feel pressure to purchase, this was extremely important to me. i love my car and i loved my experience with rahal. thanks!! I think that Bobby Rahal Volvo is the nicest, most hard working dealership I have ever worked with. I just bought a Volvo XC90 and from the moment I entered their immaculate showroom, I was treated with the highest level of respect from everyone from the lot attendents to the managers. After deciding to purchase my new car, I was contacted by the finance department to make sure I didn't have any further questions of the financing, and he made sure I understood everything I needed to do. When the vehicle was ready, I was taken outside under the "breezeway" which was nice because it was starting to rain. The car looked amazing! It had been detailed inside and out. My salesperson went over the entire car with me and made sure I understood everything about the car. I love the car and the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have worked with other dealerships, including a Saab dealership in Wexford and another Vovlo dealership in the Pittsburgh area. I found my satisfaction with these dealerships horrific. I am so thankful I found the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group. I have recommended this dealership to 4 friends already. More
I am very happy with the two volvos I have purchased from Rahal Volvo (XC90 and S80) over the last 3 years. The sales experience was pleasant and straight forward. I received the best trade in offer from Ra Rahal Volvo (XC90 and S80) over the last 3 years. The sales experience was pleasant and straight forward. I received the best trade in offer from Rahal as compared to Bill Gray Volvo and the price of my new vehicle was also better at Rahal than at Gray. I have had my Volvo's serviced at Rahal as well as my Audi S4 for mechanical service and detailing. I would grade Rahal Volvo as exceptional at what they do and would not hesitate to return for a third vehicle. More
We have had an average to good experience with this dealer's sales and service department. They are friendly and easy to work with, but I did have to go back to the repair shop once after they didn't dealer's sales and service department. They are friendly and easy to work with, but I did have to go back to the repair shop once after they didn't properly reassemble a body panel after a filter replacement. When we purchased the car, they acted like a car dealership - trying to sell it for the highest price they thought we would pay. We acted like good consumers and didn't say yes until they got to a price we were willing to pay with the extras we wanted. I wish it didn't work that way, but they weren't any worse than anywhere else we have purchased a car from, and didn't attempt to use any high pressure tactics. I do like the fact that they provide free loaners when servicing vehicles purchased by them and often do little things like wash the car and vacuum out the interior. More
We have a 2004 S60. The car had its 105000 check up in Jan and the check engine light was on though it was running fine. they did the check up, replaced spark plugs and did a lot of other work totalling n Jan and the check engine light was on though it was running fine. they did the check up, replaced spark plugs and did a lot of other work totalling nearly $1000. CEL was off as we left the dealership but came on before we even got home. We kept calling to ask what to do and they were completely unhelpfu as they mostly did not return our class. We kept driving the car as it was not giving us any problems. went to get the state inspection in june and could not have it done as the CEL was on - the mechanic there looked at the rahal bill for service in jan and was surprised the CEL was on after so much work was done and told us something was not done right and to go back. we drove the 40 miles to go back where they insisted on charging us $100 to just look at the car, did a software update and told us the problem should be solved. CEL was off as we got in the car, drive 25 miles and stopped at a store. when we got back in the car, CEL was back on. we have called mr anderson and gotten no response. buy and service your cars elsewhere! we will not be returning to rahal for new sales or service in the future. I drive a 2006 S60R. I have been to bobby rahal for service before, and they always forgot something. Either canceling the service light or even fixing the problem, but I always brought the car back a service before, and they always forgot something. Either canceling the service light or even fixing the problem, but I always brought the car back and payed another charge to have it done right. This time my slave cyl. Is leaking and I am replacing my clutch out of warrenty. I bought a spec 3+ clutch and made an appoitment. When I showed up for the appointment I was met at the door by Jim Anderson, who told me they could not work on my car because of modifications, even though it was not warrenty work. A call before I drove 40 min. to get to the appointment would have been nice. If you want to deal with a dealership that doesn't care about you then head over to bobby rahal. If you're interested in real service and a decent service manager I would recommend heading somewhere else. Just to clarify, every service rep I've ever dealt with at rahal was great, it's just the man behind the scenes the will ruin your service experience. I hope this is helpful to anyone in the market for a volvo. More
Due to where we live, we always had our Volvos serviced by Rahal. When looking to replace our '02 S80, we visited this dealer and quickly remembered why we bought the 2 previous S80s at Bill Gray. Service dept is very good, but it's obvious they don't depend on their Volvo sales dept to keep the doors open. Why do you think Lexus of NHills built right next door to them? More
