Service manager Dan assured me they'd keep looking then he left for vacation. Do not give them your full key ring or you will be sorry. Tony Harrison is a jerk. He never actually came out and told us they were lost. We had to ask what was taking so long. I videod their process. The car washer boys just walk through and toss the keys on a desk. Beware.....this is a poorly run operation if this happens frequently I think there's an issue. They just wait to see if the keys show up! More
Worst experience..no customer service! I am shocked by the level of service I received at this dealership on Friday 6/26. We informed him that we would be buying a car by Sunday. His respon I am shocked by the level of service I received at this dealership on Friday 6/26. We informed him that we would be buying a car by Sunday. His response, "You mean Saturday", we are closed. We informed him that we would give our business to the dealership who gave us the best deal and service. His response," what do you mean best deal? You can go to Kia and het the best deal". He really doesn't know the basic steps in sales. He did not offer to show us other types, prices or even showed that he was interested. He was very clear to inform us that he would only negotiate maybe $300 and he does not get paid on commission. This all took place in 10 minutes. David was extremely rude and could ruin the reputation of this dealership. We ask to see a car that was online. His response, " its in the showroom and that's good its going to rain". When we were walking in, he was 10 feet in front of us. Isn't this typically a great opportunity to engage with your customer?? Not for David. we decided to leave as he was as unhelpful and disinterested as could be. As we were leaving, he asked me if I wanted his card. Is that a basic process in sales? He should have offered. He didn't ask our names, didn't ask what we were interested in and had no engagement/relationship skills what so ever. save your time and ho to Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg and ask for Ryan! More
Called them up due to the distance they were from me. Was upfront with Bill about what I had seen else where as I the price they were asking was on the high side. The car had everything I wanted & He said they would be willing to work something out with us. Made the 2 1/2 drive there. When I got there he took my info and sent me on a test drive. When we came back he was with another customer, after about 20-30 min he came over to ask us what we thought. I explained I was ready to buy today if we could work something out with the price as we discussed and I had a check ready to go. He said no problem, he would see what he could do....atleast another 30 minutes go by and he comes over with a print out of the FULL asking price with tax & tags to give me an "out the door" idea. Going off the look on my face he says, throw out a # and I will see what we can do. ANOTHER 30 min go by and he calls me into to the office (for the 1st time) and trys to defend why they are asking what they are. He had print outs from various car value sites (the one was less then asking and he kept saying that was "subjective". I said I am not going to pay more than it is worth, again he said that is "subjective". At this point, I had driven a distance to get there, waited an extensive period of time and he wasn't willing to budge (after telling me he would work with me). He finally said he would knock off $400 and was defensive when I did not feel that "was working with me on price"! He said he is only authorized to take $300 off a car and he felt he was doing us a huge favor by taking off another $100 beyond what he was allowed to. At one point he picked up a cordless phone, said he would call his manager and walked out of the office. He then came back asking if we were going to put $ down so he could let his manager know so they could work up a accurate quote. I said no no, I get that your trying to work my payment into where I want to be. Again, I am not paying that price for the car! He disagreed that was what he was doing. He also said he could probably get me a lower interest rate and then my payments would be less (BUT I STILL WOULD BE OVERPAYING FOR THE CAR) He was very SHADY and we felt dishonest! AWFUL experience and waste of my time (entire day--due to the drive & extensive wait time). HE keep trying to MANIPULATE the situation to his benefit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

During the recall the dealer called to say they broke a part and I will have to pay for it. I explained I didn;t ask for this service and the part was fine before I brought the truck in, it didn;t matter if I wanted my truck I had to pay. The no charge recall is what. Called the director of service and part, NO CALL BACK. I tried reviewing with toyota and no resolution. So I paid for the part they broke and will never go to Bobby Rehal again. If I ever have another recall I couldn't trust the outcome. They motto was we break'em you pay for them. Again this was a recall which was requested by toyota. This was a terrible experience More
Jeff Price was great to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and was patient with us during our wait for our Prius c. He would email us updates biweekly, which was wonderful! Our Pr knowledgeable and courteous, and was patient with us during our wait for our Prius c. He would email us updates biweekly, which was wonderful! Our Prius c arrived Saturday morning of the Memorial Day holiday weekend and he made sure we could pick it up that afternoon. He had all of our paperwork ready for us when we arrived, so we were in and out quickly. It was a fabulous new car buying experience! More
I was looking for this truck for several months. Once I located it via the Rahal website, I was informed by Jeff Price that it was in transit and would be in in a few days (1-5). Jeff promptly gave me a pr located it via the Rahal website, I was informed by Jeff Price that it was in transit and would be in in a few days (1-5). Jeff promptly gave me a price that I was happy with and then secured great financing. The truck came in late on Saturday, and I drove it home on Monday afternoon. The experience couldn't have been nicer, and the transaction couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks again, Don Krebs. More
My wife and my experience purchasing our car was wonderful. Our salesman was Jeff Price, and he helped us narrow down our perfect car from a large selection of potential vehicles. He was very knowle wonderful. Our salesman was Jeff Price, and he helped us narrow down our perfect car from a large selection of potential vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, was friendly, honest, proactive, and gave us a fair price. Bobby Rahal Toyota had the best selection of Toyotas in our whole area of 4 other Toyota dealerships, and they offered the best price. Their "haggle free" low prices make it very "hassle free." We don't have to waste our several weeks trying to get a good price. We walked into the dealership in the morning, and drove away with our car in the afternoon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience- and that can rarely be said when purchasing a car! More
The sales people treated us like we were total idiots. Offer on trade-in was $3,000 less than the real value (received from another dealer). Never returned phone calls and lied to our face. When I was in the market for a car to replace my 12 year old Camry, my first thought was Bobby Rahal beacause they have always trested me fairly and professionally in the past. They did a great job to help old Camry, my first thought was Bobby Rahal beacause they have always trested me fairly and professionally in the past. They did a great job to help me determine my needs and suggested viable options. I did not hesitate to finalize my purchase of a RAV4 with them. It's important to me to feel comfortable with the sales staff in a an open and fair business environment. More
I have been purchasing cars and trucks for my family in central PA for over 25 years and no dealership has even come close to approaching the quality and honesty of the Rayhal Organization. I recently h central PA for over 25 years and no dealership has even come close to approaching the quality and honesty of the Rayhal Organization. I recently had some warranty work done on my care that was done quickly, pleasantly and I was provided a loaner car during the time my car was in the shop. I have purchased several cars and trucks from Rayhal. Some have been new and some have been certified used cars. All have performed well and Rayhal stood behind their work and their warranty when there were warranty issues. They did what they promised and delivered for the customer. I have unfortunately had less that "great" experiences with other central PA dealerships, some that promised great service after the sale, but could not always deliver. You get what you pay for when it comes to vehicle purchases, but choose your dealership wisely, or you will be sorry for your costly mistake. For my money, I'm sticking with Bobby Rahal. More
