It ended up the vehicle was not big enough for the family or had enough cargo room with the 3 row up. I requested my 15 wired back. I had to follow up day 2 because I had not heard from them. On day 3, after text requests from my to the sales associate, I was told a check would be mailed and not wired. This held up my plans to make another offer on a vehicle. There was no good business reason for them to hold onto a customers money. I will not ever consider them for another purchase and would not recommend them. More
Service went above and beyond Recently had my 2012 Camry in for service. Shuttle to and from the site (Sam and another woman whose name I've forgotten) was friendly and prompt. Eric B. noticed that I had requested a coolant flush and asked why (given my relatively low mileage). I apparently had bad info from elsewhere that the fluid should be replaced at 7 years or 100k miles. He verified and let me know I should be good until 10 years. Saved me money and was definitely unexpected as many places would have simply fulfilled my request with no questions. More
Wanted to purchase a CPO Camry I will start out by saying thank you to the sales person as he was very nice and wanted to take care of us. We test drove the car and started to look at numbers. The salesman showed us some preliminary numbers and asked us what we thought. I told him that I did not like the starting price of the car and asked him to look at a vehicle on a Toyota dealers lot that was 2 hours away. The cars were the same make/model/year and the one on the other lot had 600 miles less on it so basically the same car. The car at the other dealer was $2,000 less. Our salesman went back to his manager who came back in to talk to us. I told him that we usually take our cars back to where we bought them for all service providing they are local. The manager said so you would take you car 2 hours away for service. Mistake one. Then he said that he could not match the price (ok but he did not offer to come down at all) and he hoped that the other car did not have any issues. On the other dealers website it clearly stated that it was CPO! Needless to say I drove 2 hours and got treated great and now have a new car that will not be serviced at this dealer. By the way the other dealer dropped the price of their car even more to get us to what we wanted to spend. More

They reluctantly gave us $700 to put toward our lease, which still had 2 payments left. Everything went well until 3 days after the sale when we saw they were selling our vehicle for $4282 more than our buyout. It was our decision to do this, but I told this guy that our vehicle was easily worth $22,000. He gave me the sales talk mumble jumble and I fell for it. We also put $1,000 down to make our payment lower. I thought this guy and Rahal were different, but they are like any other dealership, wanting the almighty dollar. I know they are in the business to make money but I was raked over the coals. I asked for my $1,000 back and basically got laughed at by the sales manager. My advice is to stay away from this dealership. More

Paperwork complete and doing vehicle check with tech we were unable to check the date on the system, tech didn't know how. We checked the manual and found it to be over 2 yrs old we asked the tech about and he said $50 to update, not what we were told but not tool bad. Returned to sales lady who said she would check with the manager but not in today. Received a call the next day, the manager said 2 yrs not that old but the update would cost $200 if we wanted done. I advised her I don't know were he lives but roads change in 2yrs. She advised there was nothing she could do. More
