Bobby Rahal Honda of State College (Servis Department) I went to Honda dealer for repair my car but mechanic did not fix my car completely now there is oil leak broken part and scratch on radiator cover pa I went to Honda dealer for repair my car but mechanic did not fix my car completely now there is oil leak broken part and scratch on radiator cover part. I went again honda repair shop represent told me this problem not belong to us. I paid two times diagnose price. Yesterday I drive different repair shop I did say anything today new mechanic called me leaking problem for repair issue. Oil leak went through alternator and it burned now, I am waiting for repair alternator (more than 500 dollars) and I will go to Honda dealer State College PA I hope this time they will be solve my problem. More

We recently purchased our second Honda from this dealership, and our 5th Honda since 1985. I will never drive anything other than a Honda the rest of my life if I can help it! Our service visits have been very pleasant and well done, the people in this place are very nice and helpful, and our salesman, John Roderick is awesome! I was approved for a car and I had the delivery date within 2 weeks, but when I complained to the manager about my experience with the sales representative and how bad he treated me of sudden there is no guarantee delivery and it is almost a month now I have no car and no words if I am getting any. I contacted the manager many times and I got excuses. I'm a business women and I know what is happening. I have names and I will not let this issue go like that. No one deserve to be treated the way I was treated and not complain. If I can rate this place lower I would but the only option is poor. More
Certified Honda CRV Covered in Pet Hair I called and emailed this dealership extensively prior to driving 4 hours with a Certified Check ready to buy a Certified Honda CRV only to drive up a I called and emailed this dealership extensively prior to driving 4 hours with a Certified Check ready to buy a Certified Honda CRV only to drive up and within 30 seconds find out the inside of the car is covered in Pet Hair. That was my number one question when communicating with the sales person (Tom Dabich). He claims he went to the car on the lot and looked at it. It was so dirty with pet hair that the Sales Manager offered to switch out the carpeted cargo cover with another car. Then they vacuumed and sprayed some liquid on the rest of the carpet. It was disgusting. Do not trust this dealership and do not trust Tom Dabich as a salesperson. Do not make the trip - not worth it. These people out right lied to me. Mr. Dabich even scanned in the paper with my questions on it and in his handwriting said "No Pet Hair". Outright lie to get me to go to the dealership. More

We love dealing with Bobby Rahal Honda because every employee you deal with is top notch. As soon as you walk in the door everyone is smiling, immediately someone is asking if they can help you and you they make you feel like a valued customer. Also, Travis Young (sales manager) and Adam Crouse (financing specialist) were very helpful and professional. All the employees at this dealership are exceptional. We will be back again to deal with Shirley Bartlett and the rest of the Bobby Rahal Mechanicsburg family. More
I got my new Honda odyssey EX-L with Res from them. Spoke to Jessica Bolden over the phone to negotiate the deal. After few email exchanges I got the best offer I ever got in DC MD area. Their price was almost $1200 less than local MD dealers. Drove up there on Saturday and finalized the paper work in 1 hr. I was in and out of the dealer in 1hr. More
