I have always bought my vehicles from Bobby Rahal dealerships and have always had a good experience. This last experience was not as good because I was quoted a rate of 3.9% financing when I signed dealerships and have always had a good experience. This last experience was not as good because I was quoted a rate of 3.9% financing when I signed and put down payment on my CRV. They were unsure if it would be a 2023 or a 2024 and expected it to arrive at dealership in 2 months. When my vehicle arrived I was notified and it was a 2024. I discussed details with financing officer and he said the best rate he could get me was 6.9%. He said the 3.9% rate was for 2023 only. They did not tell me that when I signed and thought I locked in my deal. They did work with my and did get me a 5.09 % rate and that is better but they did mislead me. When I gave $500 down payment, they said it was locked in with what we discussed. Roberto really came through for me. Other than that, it is a very good dealership. More
