From the ease of making the deal to learning all about how the car works with hours of instruction (beyond awesome car by the way-- a pleasure to drive), the process was streamlined and enjoyable. And the service department is incredible too. I had a minor hiccup with a faulty charger but it was resolved so quickly and I am so happy.
