Was told the car I was buying had been sold by them originally. Promised the service records for the car. After at least 1/2 dozen phone calls and many, many emails all of which were ignored. I drove the 100 miles back to the dealer to complain to management. Twenty minutes after I left, they suddenly had the information I needed, but only verbal, still no written records. Right.... after 6 weeks of nothing you have the answer in twenty minutes, and I'm supposed to belive you. No, and never again. More
I was recommended to go here for a state inspection and I'm sorry I did. I knew I needed 1 light replaced, but found out I needed 4 lights replaced ( without my knowledge or consent to do the work). In addition, the inspector was not available for comment and the "bad" lights couldn't be found. What was supposed to be a pleasant , unobtrusive visit, turned out to be a very regretful experience. Not only did I feel taken advantage of when I left, but I also felt I was rudely treated by the general manager. I am disappointed with the company and I learned the hard way that there is no such thing as a free lunch or a free inspection. More
