He was knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to communicate with. He listened to my vehicle preferences and made it happen. There wasn’t ever a car he suggested that I didn’t like. He was overall very helpful and not pushy. It was the most painless (actually enjoyable) car buying process i’ve had. The only negative is that the Sales Manager I dealt with, Danny, was your stereotypical car sales manager. I was not impressed and when I do get a new car, I’ll be sure the other sales manager, John is helping us. We had some interaction towards the end of my purchase and I wish we had been working with him all along. He was far more caring and personable and was not pushy or aggressive. Overall, it was a great experience start to finish and even after purchasing my vehicle, Nick has checked in on us and scheduled some other services.
