I was treated well, even though all the repairs were not completed. They will let me know when they have a vehicle I can drive. Then they will be able to complete the repairs. Larry was informative, honest, and patient with my truck situation and was able to get a warranty repair done in the timeframe he predicted. I actually had no idea the suspected issue was still covered und situation and was able to get a warranty repair done in the timeframe he predicted. I actually had no idea the suspected issue was still covered under my power train warranty and he educated me on how the process would work. We had a family trip planned for the weekend and he and the team completed it by Friday to send us on our way. Communication was solid and I received updates and return phone calls every time. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Bob Tomes and will continue to get my truck serviced there. Thanks y’all! More

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning and got right in. They also let me know I had a recall that I was not aware of and they could take care of as well. The service I received was great and the right in. They also let me know I had a recall that I was not aware of and they could take care of as well.
