Took my under-warranty mache in to have them check out the oem charger that started flashing a yellow warning light. Took them over 2 weeks to get me scheduled with loaner and then it took them 4 days to the oem charger that started flashing a yellow warning light. Took them over 2 weeks to get me scheduled with loaner and then it took them 4 days to get the work done. The original charger was defective and replaced under warranty. All good. Upon pickup, they said the replacement charger was in the trunk. It was, but not the cord for plugging it into the wall. I was told to bring that in with the charger, so without it, it was unusable. The service tech was able to run one down, but that type of oversight is not good. Fortunately, I checked before leaving the dealership. Additionally, I was surprised they didn't wash the car or fill up the windshield wiper fluid tank that had just showed up as needing attention. While technically not required, lots of new car dealerships do these sort of things. More
