I chose this dealership after being recommenced by a couple of friends, my experience I would say would be 0/10. It took us about 3-4 hours to find a vehicle that we liked which I would thank Levi for b couple of friends, my experience I would say would be 0/10. It took us about 3-4 hours to find a vehicle that we liked which I would thank Levi for being patient with us. The 0/10 would come from the financing, our financing guy didn’t explain to us ANYTHING from the contract any add-ons that were included with the truck which sucked because once you think you got a good deal you go home and look at the contract and you see all these add-ons that you don’t want. After contacting Bob Tomes the following business day they said contract was signed and they couldn’t do nothing about it. Which felt more of a scam and no help on their end. A couple of days later I got a call from David Celis another financing guy which told me he could fix the add-ons on the contract and basically give me a fair deal for both of us. After talking with him and looking at the contract. It felt like a better experience I wish we would’ve went with him in the first place. More
