I have spent the past week doing their job fixing problems on my paperwork that somehow were correct when I was there but not when I left(address and other personal information). Spent 20 minutes with a person but was there for over 2 hours. They didn’t tell me what they were doing with my vehicle and just took it from the parking spot for over 45 minutes but told me they just needed a VIN number. Worst customer service I have ever received. They are fine when a female goes with a male but when I went alone they were AWFUL. Tried to take full advantage of me being an alone female and then acted like I was dumb and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about when I challenged them. More
