As you and Garrett discussed, we are not trying to hide any facts regarding Ford’s desires for dealerships to prioritize a small percentage of reservations without explanation or intent. We did as we were told and did not know at the time that those customers would receive priority in any specific way or format. We feel your frustration as well and wish that Ford would have just gone strictly off time stamps and dates without any other input. We want you to know we learned a lot from this process as well.
