The salesmen and financial departments were both great. There was one lady that really almost blew the whole deal. She was explaining to us the value add ons and why they were on the offer sheet. We ask There was one lady that really almost blew the whole deal. She was explaining to us the value add ons and why they were on the offer sheet. We asked why they added to their price when it wasn’t anything we asked for, her answer was “because we can”. At the point we were done with dealership that approaches business with that attitude and customer relations. I can’t remember her name for sure but I think her name was Jennifer. If the sales manager hadn’t contacted us the next day and worked hard to make the deal happen, we would not have done business with Bob Tomes Ford. More

I see little value in the 'value add' fees. It was even more apparent when signing documents that this is purely a money grab.
