My experience at this dealership with my salesman, Jay, was excellent. I came with a particular price range that I needed to be in for the vehicle I was looking at and they took getting to that number very was excellent. I came with a particular price range that I needed to be in for the vehicle I was looking at and they took getting to that number very seriously. After the paperwork was signed though there was somewhat of a delay on the order of a few days between signing and finally receiving the car. This could have very well been a result of bad timing with multiple issues stringing together, but there were multiple days I was told my vehicle was going to be ready to pick up and it was strung out throughout the day to end up not being ready. Communication as to when I would realistically get my vehicle could have been better, but I don’t believe the delay was within my salesman’s control. More
