Jason came in and I mentioned it to him and he asked what I was interested in and said when he got to work he would see what they had available and get back to me. Bout 30 minutes later I got a text from Jason saying he had some cars to look at, when I got off work and went to dealership, Jason showed me some cars and I seen a different model of car and then low and behold 3 or 4 colors later I found one that I liked Jason worked long and hard to get me just what I wanted and about an hour later I was a new car owner...if your looking for a new car Jason is your man. Great Customer Service My wife and I went to Bob Steele to look at specific preowned truck we saw posted online. We looked around a little while and were greeted by Nikolai. Even though the truck we were interested in wasn't a Chevy, Nikolai was more than happy to get us the keys and allow us to take a test drive and look the truck over a bit. He didn't mind that we came in to look at a different brand truck than the dealership sold like some other dealerships sales people did. It was only the 2nd truck we looked at so we decided to keep shopping. We visited many dealerships before making a decision on what to get but of all the sales people we gave our contact info to Nikolai was the only one to follow up with texts and even let me know he would be off the next day and gave me the names of a couple of his coworkers to ask for if we came by on his day off. Nothing pushy or anything like that, just good follow through. Even though we ended up buying a truck elsewhere only because my wife liked a lower 2WD truck opposed to the 4WD with oversized tires at Bob Steele I would still say go see Nikolai Alfred at Bob Steele if you are in the market for a vehicle. Good customer service and following up with potential customers is getting hard to find these days in any line of work but Nikolai did both. Thanks again. More

Best Experience Ever Buying a Car I was looking to purchase a 2017 Corvette and wanted to negotiate a good deal since the 2018s were arriving. I've purchased over 10 new cars in my life and this is the most pleasurable experience of them all...I even drove from Tampa to Cocoa (2-hour drive) to make the deal happen. He's the first salesperson that's made me feel like I established a relationship with dealership versus conducting a business transaction. More

The vehicle had not even arrived at the dealer when I contacted so He got the ball rolling on my trade in to help save time. The day the car arrived he told me and I was there by the weekend. Top notch service from the moment we arrived. Really felt like they cared. Nikolai was there to meet me at the door. Didn’t take too long and they even had a great kids area where my 4year old had a blast and even got some complimentary pancakes! (Which, oddly, were super delicious.) I live about 3 hours from the dealer so if Nikolai had not worked with me the way he did prior I would not have felt confident to drive 3 hours and not be wasting my time. I would highly recommend Nikolai and the entire bob Steele dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars. I bought a two year old car with only 1800 miles. Couldn’t be happier. More
