Prius Prime Maintenance Took my Prius Prime in for its first schedule maintenance. Very easy to schedule an appointment on the website. If you don't want to wait they have Took my Prius Prime in for its first schedule maintenance. Very easy to schedule an appointment on the website. If you don't want to wait they have a shuttle to take you and pick you at your home or office up to 12 miles. You can also rent a car for $9.99. Very convenient. When I brought the car in, they were ready and did the intake quickly. Since the estimated time was two hours, my son, who was helping me, decided to wait. The car was ready as estimated. This is just the first scheduled maintenance so we will see how they do in the future. So far they impress me with their customer service. They are very organized, efficient and courteous. More

Too expensive on repairs. I just spent $157 on regular maintenance, not including free lube and oil. The next day, I had $1,057 in alternator work. Still there was another $ I just spent $157 on regular maintenance, not including free lube and oil. The next day, I had $1,057 in alternator work. Still there was another $750 in recommended repairs, I have yet to accomplish. You would think they could have washed my car as a perk. Mind you I take my vehicle in ever 5,000 miles for lube and oil. Just seems over priced to me. More

Customer Service above all I had my car serviced last August 10th, Jaime is my service advisor and he made sure that all of my concerns about my car were answered. I brought my older Corolla in for a recall repair, and when the part had to be ordered, I was offered a great new Corolla to drive.
