First Class experience by way of Sales Manager Hans Dahklia. Shopped all around (online) for a 430i Convertible with 12 different Internet & Sales Managers for over a month and after thinking no way after 30 plus years am I going to get any kind of deal from the "Dreaded Bob Smith BMW Dealership" (which is seriously 10 minutes from my home) Hans Dhaklia delivered on his promise of turning things around and getting me into a 430i from his Dealership with my terms. After meeting with him in person it became quite clear that this was not your everyday salesman, this was a man of integrity, honesty, truth and compassion. He's a gentle human being. With all of that comes his huge extensive incredible knowledge of BMW. He was able to match a deal that another manager had sent me in an email. I ordered the car and when it arrived he had it stashed away from any other cars so that there was no possibility of something happening to it. H e made sure the process went quickly in the finance office which can often be time consuming. He made sure they were on alert that they knew I didn't want to spend any time with the up sell packages which of course they were mentioned but no hards sell. Han's then spent an hour (he's the Sales Mgr!) going over the workings of the car. He's a Maestro. This guy is so genuine its a breath of fresh air. UPDATE: 12/01/2021 - I was becoming accustomed to “Ultimate Care Plus” meaning that braking system performance and audio were that of a probably not street legal jalopy, when I had an idea. I brough “Ultimate Care Plus” meaning that braking system performance and audio were that of a probably not street legal jalopy, when I had an idea. I brought my car to Century West BMW, where I was told that the inner brake pads were completely worn and were “metal on metal,” according to the service advisor. BMW only uses sensors on the outer pads, which, I was told, is why the brake service indicator did not appear. It seems that if these people put any effort into actually doing their job, rather than directing all of their efforts to deny service to which I was entitled, this could have been avoided. The facts speak for themselves. *WARNING DONT BUY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FROM BMW * BMW and their dealers are selling a contract in bad faith and defrauding their customers. I purchased a new X3 from Bob Smith (my third BMw) and purchased the longest / best coverage factory warranty and the longest "Ultimate Care Plus" program, which in addition to maintenance, covers the brakes for the life of the program. Now the rotors are warped, causing vibration when braking, and squealing while driving. This dealership that sold the car and the maintenance program along with it, and has done all but two of the services (which were done at another BMW dealer), is refusing to honor the program and contract. They state that they will not fix the problem with the rotors because the brake pads are not completely worn out. I asked many people at BMW USA and at Bob Smith to please point out where in the contract it states that the rotors will not be fixed if the pads are not worn out (this is not listed as an exception, or anything like it). Their answer itself is a lie, saying that the rotors are only warped because of "excessive braking," what a bunch of swindlers. More

I just wanted to leave a review and thank Stefano for a seamless purchase on my 2022 BMW M3 Competition. In a time when allocations were scarce and or being marked up ($5k-$10k) over MSRP Stefano allocated seamless purchase on my 2022 BMW M3 Competition. In a time when allocations were scarce and or being marked up ($5k-$10k) over MSRP Stefano allocated a build for me that went into production 10 days after our first phone call. He ran my credit, modified the build and I had a vin# in 10 days. No deposit taken and he even provided some discount off of MSRP. Unbelievable in these times. Took delivery of my M3 and no games whatsoever. The exact deal he quoted me is the exact deal I received. I've been loyal to the brand for many years and this deal went extremely smooth and absolutely NO Games. I really appreciate that. The entire market is taking advantage of the "chip shortage"....not Bob Smith. Even after my car was delivered they didn't pull credit again so not to hit me with another inquiry. Stefano is top notch. Very knowledgeable about the brand and the business. Thank you Stefano and Bob Smith for a great experience during a difficult auto buying time.
