Terrible purchase experience. Bought a car online with this dealer and the purchase experience was horrible. Disjointed customer service - had to deal with 5 different people (1 was not their fault, rest was). And worst they did not disclose multiple problems with the car despite it being a CPO vehicle. Dishonest and unapologetic. Even when I reported the issues with the car I bought they couldn't care less and just said "its a used car" (Wayne Lewis - used car manager). That is what he says when you buy a CPO car from them. Stay away from these folks. The density of dealers in Southern California is high. Why would one choose Bob Smith? No reason. More

That turned out to be a great decision, as BMW Calabasas was outstanding in all respects. The two sales guys, Chase and Alex, were very helpful and friendly. The manager that made the deal, Paul, was equally outstanding. Even the guy that did the final tutorial on the car, linking the phone and setting the preferences, Andre, was great. The whole thing was incredibly easy and I really appreciated their obvious commitment to good customer service. I've bought lots of new and used cars over the years and this is obviously a really top flight dealership. More
