We had decided to purchase our BMW through Bob Smith BMW; and pick it up at the factory in Spartanburg, SC; and drive it home to Col outstanding job. Greg made this process so easy, we basically picked up our new custom made car at the factory, and drove it home (2,000 miles). BMW makes you so welcome, and you’re put at ease right away. We were guests of BMW at a nearby Marriott hotel; three meals included. We drove aggressively (what fun) on the test track, under skilled supervision. A great factory tour and then a complete briefing of your new car. Greg made all of the arrangements with BMW, and kept us informed, and up to date. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! More
