Worst dealer ever. They made us jump thru some many hoops to purchase an X5 cash and even after we did everything they said it was never enough. After paying them cash and taking delivery of our car, 40 days later they had done nothing with our dmv paperwork, still all at the dealer, no taxes paid, no registration or license plates, nothing. when I called to asked they asked why I was upset. This was normal to them. I will never go back or refer anyone to them. Buy your BMW at Rusnak or Van Nuys, even if the price is higher. Whatever Bob Smith tells you is not going to be true and you can never make them happy. An easy cash purchase has turned into a 4 week nightmare. More

A friend of mine gets all of his family's BMWs at this dealership, and recommended that I talk to David Prince. Dave was able to find me a great BMW that was in my price range.
