Worst dealer ever. They made us jump thru some many hoops to purchase an X5 cash and even after we did everything they said it was never enough. After paying them cash and taking delivery of our car, hoops to purchase an X5 cash and even after we did everything they said it was never enough. After paying them cash and taking delivery of our car, 40 days later they had done nothing with our dmv paperwork, still all at the dealer, no taxes paid, no registration or license plates, nothing. when I called to asked they asked why I was upset. This was normal to them. I will never go back or refer anyone to them. Buy your BMW at Rusnak or Van Nuys, even if the price is higher. Whatever Bob Smith tells you is not going to be true and you can never make them happy. An easy cash purchase has turned into a 4 week nightmare. More
A friend of mine gets all of his family's BMWs at this dealership, and recommended that I talk to David Prince. Dave was able to find me a great BMW that was in my price range. Even though this dealers dealership, and recommended that I talk to David Prince. Dave was able to find me a great BMW that was in my price range. Even though this dealership might be a little out of the way for most people, it was worth it!! I cannot recommend this dealership or David Prince any higher. 10/10...2 thumbs up! More
I bought my first BMW from Bob Smith in 2002 and ten years later bought my second one. I love the cars and the service was always good. BMW is a great company, they have always treated me fairly. When I went in to look at my "second" BMW, Sam Motamedi was my sales man. He was so nice and not pushy at all, he let me make up my own mind about the car. He was very helpful on all the new gadgets my old car didn't have. All in all it was a good experience. More

I was able to negotiate a great deal over phone, he had the car ready when I showed up and thoroughly presented the features/value add of the BMW 5 series. Also I was offered a fair trade in price for my existing car and I walked out of the dealership feeling very positive about my overall experience. I've purchased several cars over the last 10 years (Mercedes, Acura, Infiniti, etc) and my experience with Rodger Le was top of the list. Robert More

I went to Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas with my girlfriend, so she could test drive a certified pre-owned BMW. She had previously communicated with Rodger through email and he was able to show her what cars he so she could test drive a certified pre-owned BMW. She had previously communicated with Rodger through email and he was able to show her what cars he had at the time that were close to the model/price she wanted. We went on a test drive with Rodger in a 128i. Then we went on another test drive in a 2009 BMW 135i Convertible. During the test drives Rodger answered our questions with very detail oriented responses with information about the cars. My girlfriend was very impressed with the 135i's power and she fell in love with the red leather interior. Rodger treated us really respectfully and even made the extra effort to try and lower the selling price of the car and was able to save my girlfriend money! She bought the car right there on the spot! After filling out all the paperwork Rodger took the time to show my girlfriend all the features of the car and walked her through the BMW idrive navigation/information system. He answered all our questions and put in the extra effort to make sure my girlfriend felt comfortable with the technology in the car. More
