Worst dealer ever. They made us jump thru some many hoops to purchase an X5 cash and even after we did everything they said it was never enough. This was normal to them. I will never go back or refer anyone to them. Buy your BMW at Rusnak or Van Nuys, even if the price is higher. Whatever Bob Smith tells you is not going to be true and you can never make them happy. An easy cash purchase has turned into a 4 week nightmare. More
