Best service around I purchased a pre-leased BMW in August 2016. In November the front bumper paint began to come off. I took a photo and sent it to Hans who said bring i I purchased a pre-leased BMW in August 2016. In November the front bumper paint began to come off. I took a photo and sent it to Hans who said bring it in and we will take care of it. The problem was that I live in Colorado and would not be in California until May 2017 ( San Diego which is a 3 hour drive ). May became July, almost a year later. I arranged the paint job with Nicole who was fabulous. She gave me a loaner for a week so I could drop off and pick up my vehicle while I was not working during the week (usually they charge $150/day for any loaner out past your "vehicle is ready date". She was sensitive to my distance of driving. When I dropped off my car it was filthy from camping through Utah on my way back, with dust everywhere inside. When I pick up my car yesterday, the new paint job was immaculate and the car was fully detailed. All for free!! The process was seamless and my vehicle looks brand new. The loaner was a pretty sweet ride too! Thank You Bob Smith BMW, Hans and Nicole for your complete professionalism and kindness. P.S. I love my BMW X1 35i. More

High Class Service! All my previous cars had been Hondas or Toyotas, so I didn't really know what to expect from a BMW dealership (more of the same pushy sales reps?). Wh All my previous cars had been Hondas or Toyotas, so I didn't really know what to expect from a BMW dealership (more of the same pushy sales reps?). When I entered Bob Smith BMW, Hans, one of the sales reps greeted me. Instead of jumping right into asking me what car I was interested in he asked about my day and we talked briefly about the car I had been driving up until then (2004 Honda Civic). This put me a little more at ease since he didn't jump right into a sales pitch. We discussed the features I wanted in a car and we went from there. I test drove a 330i and before we even pulled off the lot he went over just about every feature the car offered. He took the time to explain everything, down to the HUD. This personal attention was what sold me. I had planned on checking out Mercedes the next day, but instead I emailed Hans with the features I wanted in a 330i and he found the car for me that day. I went in the next day and finalized the deal. I'm sure Mercedes would have provided great customer service as well, but with the experience I had at BMW they earned my business without the need to look further. Hans and Lorelie earned my business for BMW and if you need a new car you owe it to yourself to ask for them. They actually CARE that you're happy with the car before you purchase/lease it. They seem to really enjoy what they do and love the cars they sell. More
