I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X5 CPO SUV from your dealership, and I wanted to share my post-purchase experience, as it has been less than satisfactory. While the sales process with Elham was pleasant and professional, my encounters with the service department have been disappointing. A few days after the purchase, I noticed a vibration issue at idle, and I promptly scheduled a service appointment. The engine mounts were replaced as they were identified as the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, the replacement did not resolve the issue, leading me to schedule another service appointment. This is where my frustration began. I had to chase down my service advisor, Jasmynn, as she was unresponsive to calls and texts. Despite reaching out to my salesperson, Elham, for assistance, I never received a response. After leaving multiple messages and a text, I finally secured an appointment for the ongoing problem. The lack of communication and follow-up during this process was far from the professional experience I expected. To add to my concerns, I recently noticed the color in the passenger seating area starting to peel off. According to an upholstery store, it appears that the seat was improperly painted over, leading to the peeling issue. While I cannot confirm this, it is disheartening to observe such quality issues in a CPO vehicle, especially considering BMW's reputation for excellence in this regard. As a customer who invested in a BMW CPO vehicle just two months ago, I expected a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the multiple issues I've encountered have left me disappointed and questioning the standards upheld by the dealership. I believe it is essential to bring attention to these issues, as they significantly impact the overall satisfaction of a customer who trusted in the brand and its commitment to excellence. I hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly and that the dealership can uphold the standards that BMW is known for. My intention in sharing this feedback is to contribute to the improvement of customer experiences and to highlight areas that may need attention within your service and quality control processes. Levon made the sales paperwork process smooth and easy as well. A couple days after purchasing my car I had a few follow up questions and needed help. Tristan was very helpful in walking us through the process of ordering a vehicle from the factory. He then kept us informed of the status of the manufacturing and shipment of the vehicle and he final process of ordering a vehicle from the factory. I've been buying cars from them for the past 15 years and seems like their service dept. went from 5 starts to 0 stars. Scheduled a routine maintenance on my car before the end of the lease when my car was still under maintenance agreement and because of service backlog I received my appointment one day after maturity date. Came to dealership and service advisor said that I need to pay for the service since my warranty ended one day ago even though I called them and scheduled the maintenance when my car was still in warranty. Neither service advisor or his manager wanted to do anything and just showed me the door. This is the treatment that you get at Bob Smith service center. That's just a latest update. In 3 years, I've visited this service center multiple time, it takes them 3 days to do oil change, forget about rental (need to schedule at least week in advance), had to bring the car with the same issue multiple times and it seems like every time you come in, you have a feeling that nobody cares about customer experience.
